They are based in a 'self-designed' studio just outside central Cardiff and are a 'market leader' with 8 strategically placed studios across England. They have a large client base spanning private and public sectors and are seeking to expand their technical team within healthcare.

Your role will involve producing accurate, high-quality technical information and managing external consultants' work. You will work across multiple programs and adhere to tight deadlines.

We are looking for applicants with experience in REVIT or a working knowledge of the software, along with extensive knowledge of construction legislation and experience in spec writing. A recognized qualification in architectural technology or construction is required.
