Join the market review team at Lloyd's, as the underwriting operational oversight specialist assessing the capabilities of both existing Managing Agents and syndicates and potential new entrants to ensure they meet or exceed the Principles for doing business at Lloyd’s. You will often work in partnership with other review managers in the team to contribute and broaden your knowledge in a wide range of deep dive and oversight reviews including risk management, claims, customer journey, coverholder management, etc delivering a clear, consistent, transparent and effective oversight of the market.
Key accountabilities:
You will need a natural curiosity to ask the right questions, analyse large amounts of information and draw conclusions to be able to articulate detailed reports that provide pragmatic and constructive feedback which drives actions. Any experience in advising on risk management, underwriting process, performance, or regulation will be beneficial in assessing whether businesses are meeting expectations under the Principles for doing business at Lloyd’s.
