About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Revenues team at the London Borough of Haringey.

The role will require you to visit homes and businesses in the borough to confirm changes which affect the lists as well as visit homes & businesses to confirm eligibility to reductions (e.g. Disablement Band Reduction). You will report any changes to the VOA, process the schedules and be point of contact within the revenues team for all matters which affect the valuation lists.

If you have worked in a revenue’s environment previously, have a keen eye for detail and are looking for a varied role then apply today!

About the Team

You will be part of a large, collaborative team dedicated to creating a supportive environment where knowledge and experience are shared to upskill all members. Reporting to one of the Revenues Team Managers and ultimately to the Revenues Manager you will also have opportunities to interact with senior management. In this role, you will engage with residents and business owners, providing essential support and guidance to our community.

About You

You should be educated or GCSE level or equivalent, with a minimum 5 grades A-C including English and Maths. You will need to be confident in your use of IT systems, including Word and Excel as you will need to upload reports and attachments as well as update our records in a number of databases.
