Job summary

NEC Software Solutions in the United Kingdom is looking for a Revenues and Benefits professional to process housing and council tax changes, RTI cases and new claims with high accuracy and in line with KPI targets.

You will communicate with customers by letter, email and phone, support junior staff, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining excellent service levels and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven problem solving skills.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Delivers under pressure with a flexible approach to work.
• IT competent (working on a computer, Microsoft Office)

Responsibilities

• Deal directly with customers via letter, email and telephone to ensure service delivery.
• Meet deadlines and standards with minimal supervision.
• Process housing/council tax changes, RTI cases and new claims with high accuracy.
• Coach and mentor junior staff; share best practices and lead updates.
