Requirements

A working knowledge of applying legislation, guidance, and policies related to non-domestic rates, council tax, sundry debt, housing benefit, and other welfare benefits.

National 5 or equivalent passes in English, Maths, and/or Accounting, or experience and training to an equivalent standard.

Accuracy, attention to detail, good organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and being an effective team player are essential.
