Key Responsibilities of the Meeting & Events Coordinator
  1. Ensure all enquiries are answered to RHG standards within the agreed timeframe, delivering client and guest experiences to the highest levels, adhering to company standards.
  2. Complete the enquiry process through to signed contract, using RHG tools to maximize conversion and sales opportunities.
  3. Participate in converting inbound UK and outbound enquiries across platforms, fostering a sales-driven culture to capture all opportunities for Radisson Hotel Group. Proactively seek new opportunities and cross-sell.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to maximize client and guest satisfaction, responding positively to enquiries and resolving problems.
  5. Develop personal skills, knowledge, and experience within the meetings & events department, aligning with the company's growth and development culture.
