Revenue Operations Specialist Saepio•High Wycombe, England, GB
Location: High Wycombe
Hybrid/Permanent
This is a newly created role and an exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Administrator who is ready to take the next step in their career and move into a broader Revenue Operations environment.
You will take full ownership of our Salesforce platform and DealHub, ensuring both systems continue to support the needs of the business as we grow. You will work closely across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Services, acting as the link between our teams, processes and technology to help us work smarter, improve efficiency and get more value from our platforms.
This is a role for someone who enjoys getting stuck in. You will have significant autonomy to identify opportunities, solve problems and make improvements across our systems, rather than simply responding to tickets or following established processes. We are looking for someone with a scrappy, agile and solutions-focused mindset, who is comfortable working with changing priorities and finding practical ways to meet business needs.
You will be the go-to person for Salesforce and DealHub, taking the platforms beyond day-to-day administration and helping shape how they support our wider commercial operation. You will need to understand not just how to make a change, but why it is needed, who it impacts and how it can improve the wider business.
This isn't a role where you'll simply be maintaining Salesforce.
You will have an extensive Salesforce background and be confident operating independently across the platform. You will understand Salesforce administration inside out, but importantly, you'll also be interested in what sits around the platform - how data, processes, people and technology come together to support commercial performance.
You will be naturally curious and proactive, with a genuine desire to understand how the business works and how technology can help it work better. You'll be comfortable being given a problem rather than a detailed set of instructions and figuring out the best way to solve it.
You'll be commercially aware and confident working with stakeholders across different departments. You won't simply ask, "What do you want Salesforce to do?", you'll ask, "What are you trying to achieve, why, and what's the best way for us to get there?"
