Revenue Operations Manager

We are working with a software company experiencing significant growth and a market leader reputation. As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth by ensuring marketing, sales, and customer onboarding teams operate efficiently. You will own and optimise the HubSpot platform, shaping how the business generates, qualifies, and closes revenue. You will lead cross-functional revenue projects and develop scalable systems and processes to meet ambitious goals.
Responsibilities:
- HubSpot Ownership: Administer and optimise HubSpot CRM across the full customer lifecycle from lead to renewal.
- Revenue process optimisation: Map, analyse, and improve go-to-market workflows to eliminate friction, find efficiencies, implement automation, and enhance customer experience.
- Data & Reporting: Build dashboards and reports for pipeline, funnel metrics, campaign performance, and forecast accuracy. Ensure data integrity and automation.
- Lead Management: Improve lead scoring, routing, and SLAs between marketing and sales to maximise conversion.
- Revenue Insights: Provide strategic insights on performance trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.
- Tool & Tech Stack Management: Evaluate, integrate, and manage revenue-related tools to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Operations, preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot.
- HubSpot qualifications are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with PowerBI or SQL is desirable.
- Proven ability to develop scalable revenue-driving processes.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth start-up or scale-up environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
