Revenue Operations Manager

Location: Hybrid - weekly visits to Reading Area office.

  • Do you have 3+ years' experience within Sales or Revenue Optimization as a Sales Operations Manager or Revenue Operations Manager?
  • Do you have extensive experience optimizing HubSpot?
  • Are you a commercially minded analytical individual who can optimize sales and marketing through data and insights?

We are working with a software company experiencing significant growth and a strong market reputation. As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will drive growth by ensuring marketing, sales, and customer onboarding teams operate efficiently. You will own and optimize the HubSpot platform, shaping how the business generates, qualifies, and closes revenue. Additionally, you will lead cross-functional revenue projects and develop scalable systems and processes to meet ambitious goals.

Responsibilities

  • HubSpot Ownership - administer and optimize HubSpot CRM across the full customer lifecycle from lead to renewal.
  • Revenue process optimization - map, analyze, and improve go-to-market workflows to eliminate friction, find efficiencies, automate where possible, and enhance customer experience.
  • Data & Reporting - build dashboards and reports to monitor pipeline, funnel metrics, campaign performance, and forecast accuracy. Ensure data integrity and automation.
  • Lead Management - improve lead scoring, routing, and SLAs between marketing and sales to maximize conversion.
  • Revenue Insights - provide strategic insights to leadership regarding performance trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.
  • Tool & Tech Stack Management - evaluate, integrate, and manage revenue-related tools to improve team efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Ops, ideally in SaaS or tech environments.
  • Extensive experience with HubSpot - both strategic and hands-on.
  • Ideally hold HubSpot certifications.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Desirable experience with PowerBI or SQL.
  • Proven ability to develop scalable processes to drive revenue.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth start-up or scale-up environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
