InsurX’s Commercial team is responsible for our growth strategy, sales, and managing relationships with both sides of our Exchange – brokers and insurers. The Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager will be a key enabler for this team as we aim to at least triple revenue in 2025 and 2026. You’ll report to the Head of Commercial Strategy, with a dotted line to the COO. This structure gives you exposure to both strategic sales planning and company-wide operational decision-making, with clear opportunities to grow into a more senior commercial operations or strategy role.
