Purpose of the Role:To be the source of truth for sales effectiveness, pipeline reporting and forecasting consequently you will work closely with sales, marketing, finance and product leadership to ensure that we make the best use of technology and processes associated with revenue generation.

Working in the heart of the sales organisation, in this newly created role, you will be creating measurable processes and resources to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the go to market teams. Yoti has a range of go to market motions that can differ by vertical and territory so accordingly our sales processes, teams and tooling vary accordingly.


Principal Responsibilities: (main aspects of the role)

  • Play a key role in quarterly, annual and long term financial planning and performance evaluation by owning the production of forecasting, reporting and analytics
  • Own the production and evolution of Sales Metrics KPIs & OKRs for the individuals and wider teams
  • Be the key business partner to finance and billing teams to enable efficient billing & revenue cycles
  • Owns all sales technology (e.g. CRM, Prospecting and Outreach tools) including workflow, execution and reporting used to support the sales strategy
  • Works with sales leadership to define and implement optimal sales methodology and processes across the full customer lifecycle
  • Support the efficient allocation of sales territories
  • Ensuring all members of the sales team understand their responsibilities in complying with the requisite processes and procedures
  • Analysing data to identify trends and recommend improvements to process
  • Maintaining various data sources and tools used to define our sales strategies


Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experienced and certified Salesforce.com administrator
  • Must have previous experience leading workflow and integration of third party apps
  • Must have previous experience of enterprise sales process involving lead generation (in and out bound)
  • Nice to have experience of a Product Lead Growth motion
  • A strong understanding of the sales/marketing technology landscape
  • Knowledge of at least one enterprise sales methodology (WbD, SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC)
  • Strong numeracy/analytical skills
  • Strong communication, organisational kills
  • Confident and proficient in IT skills including Excel, GSuite
  • Creative and innovative thinking
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Commercial thinking
  • Attention to detail
  • Good time management is essential in this role.
