Revenue Operations Manager

Location: Hybrid - weekly visits to Reading Area office.

  • Do you have 3+ years' experience within Sales or Revenue Optimization as a Sales Operations Manager or Revenue Operations Manager?
  • Do you have extensive experience optimizing HubSpot?
  • Are you a commercially minded analytical individual who can optimize sales and marketing through data and insights?

We are working with a software company experiencing significant growth and a reputation as a market leader. As a Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving growth by ensuring marketing, sales, and onboarding teams operate efficiently. You’ll own and optimize the HubSpot platform, shaping how the business generates, qualifies, and closes revenue. You’ll lead cross-functional revenue projects and develop scalable systems and processes to meet ambitious goals.

Responsibilities:

  • HubSpot Ownership - administer and optimize HubSpot CRM across the full customer lifecycle from lead to renewal.
  • Revenue process optimization - map, analyze, and improve go-to-market workflows to eliminate friction, enhance efficiencies, implement automation, and improve customer experience.
  • Data & Reporting - build dashboards and reports to provide visibility into pipeline, funnel metrics, campaign performance, and forecast accuracy. Ensure data integrity, automation, and accurate reporting.
  • Lead Management - improve lead scoring, routing, and SLAs between marketing and sales to maximize conversion.
  • Revenue Insights - provide strategic insights to business leadership regarding performance trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.
  • Tool & Tech Stack Management - evaluate, integrate, and manage revenue-related tools to boost team efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Ops, preferably in SaaS or tech environments.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot.
  • HubSpot qualifications are desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with PowerBI or SQL is a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop scalable processes to drive revenue.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
