Job Description:

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing global team at Sectigo. The Revenue Operations Analyst supports our Global Partner team by producing key deliverables and participating in projects that contribute to our revenue growth. This detail-oriented and data-driven individual enjoys diving into systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and make a measurable impact on partner performance and sales outcomes.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Global Channel and Partner Sales team with operational tools, analytics, and processes to meet revenue targets.
  • Maintaining data accuracy and consistency throughout the sales process, defining key data fields, and enforcing data hygiene.
  • Identifying inefficiencies in the sales lifecycle and recommending improvements.
  • Analyzing performance data to generate insights and actionable proposals.
  • Supporting pricing strategies and deal execution, including managing discount structures and ensuring compliance.
  • Assisting in designing and maintaining partner compensation plans.
  • Driving operational excellence through documentation and best practices.
  • Implementing scalable processes across teams to define workflows and automation.
  • Supporting the Deal Desk in structuring deals and reducing sales cycle friction.
  • Contributing to the execution of partner programs like onboarding and incentives.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 3 years in sales or revenue operations, experience supporting channel sales, and proficiency with Salesforce. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesloft, or Clari is a plus.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for operational excellence. Familiarity with GTM data models and Salesforce is preferred.
