Location: Northern H/O – 2 days in office per week (flexible location)

The Role:
  • Revenue Growth Manager (MS&P / Commercial Planning) for a highly desirable business
  • Leads on three pillars of strategic growth and white space opportunities
  • Works cross-functionally to unify teams on a single growth strategy
  • Ensures sustainable and profitable growth
  • Acts as a facilitator rather than enforcer, playing a central role in the business’s growth
  • Ideal candidates are already in a Revenue Growth Manager (MS&P) role or are highly commercial Sales, Category, or Buying professionals
  • Typically from an FMCG background with retail/ecommerce experience
  • Must be highly analytical, capable of extracting and translating data into engaging formats
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and influencing skills across organizations
