Job Description

Revenue Growth Manager (CPG Industry) – Remote, UK

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Manager with deep expertise in pricing strategies within the CPG industry. This role will be responsible for managing global revenue growth, optimizing price architecture, and analyzing price sensitivity and elasticities to drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute pricing strategies to maximize revenue and market competitiveness.

Utilize price optimization techniques to enhance profitability and sustainability.

Conduct market research and pricing analysis to identify trends and revenue opportunities.

Lead price architecture design and implementation across various global markets.

Analyze price elasticity and sensitivity to refine pricing models and forecasting.

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align revenue growth initiatives.

Monitor revenue performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Work closely with stakeholders to develop strategic pricing frameworks that align with business goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

7-10 years of experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or financial analysis within the CPG industry.

Strong expertise in price optimization models and pricing architecture development.

Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Experience in pricing sensitivity analysis and elasticity measurement.

Ability to manage global revenue growth strategies in a remote environment.

Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Contract Details:

Duration: 12-month contract, Outside IR35 (Potential for extension or full-time hire).
