Reporting to the Head of Net Revenue Management, you\'ll play a key role in shaping our branded strategy and supporting retailer partnerships and execution to ensure sustainable, profitable growth across our portfolio. You\'ll be responsible for optimising pricing, promotions, and pack architecture, as well as improving channel strategy and retailer investment ROI through both tactical and strategic net revenue management thinking. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Category, Shopper, and Finance teams, you\'ll help deliver best-in-class NRM practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead branded portfolio price and promotion strategy for the UK&I business.
- Analyse data to design and adapt promotional guidelines and channel proposals.
- Present guidelines at annual and quarterly commercial conferences.
- Partner with customer teams to implement and optimise guidelines.
- Lead channel and brand-specific Price Pack Architecture (PPA) initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to tailor range, price, and promotions for maximum profit and market share growth.
- Develop and align innovation price and promotion go-to-market strategies.
- Support pricing strategy in response to market changes and raw material costs.
- Work with the Head of NRM to review the impact of cost price increases (CPIs) and identify growth opportunities through planned multi-year pricing strategies.
- Identify through data analysis and customer performance the most profitable and prioritised high performing range, mix and product selection by Channel by brand.
- Contribute to the annual business planning cycle.
- Lead and support the commercial viability of new projects across the Regional and EMEA landscape.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales/Account Management, Commercial or Sales Finance, Customer/Consumer Marketing, Retail Buying or Net Revenue/Revenue Growth/Commercial Strategy.
- Background in FMCG or retail trade.
- Strong analytical skills; able to turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Confident making data-driven decisions and seeing through to execution.
- Solid understanding of NRM principles, P&L, and profit-driving KPIs.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver revenue growth strategies.
- Collaborative, creative, and results-focused mindset.
- Strong business acumen and budget management skills.
- Skilled at building cross-functional relationships and working to tight deadlines.
