About the Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and leading the pricing and pack architecture across our brand portfolio. Working closely with Brand, Sales, Category, Finance and other RGM colleagues, you’ll ensure our pack-price strategy is built to deliver against both consumer expectations and our revenue growth ambitions.

You’ll play a central role in shaping how our products are presented in the market — choosing the right packs, setting the right prices, and ensuring these decisions drive both short- and long-term value. You’ll also need to be agile in helping Heineken respond to shifts in legislation and market dynamics by providing commercially sound solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development and delivery of the annual pricing strategy, balancing commercial objectives and consumer value perception.
  2. Define and manage recommended retail selling prices (RRSPs) and list price changes for all packs, aligning with margin targets and brand positioning.
  3. Solve commercial challenges through innovative pack solutions or new channel opportunities.
  4. Own the commercial strategy for new product launches, defining the full value chain, ensuring supporting pack and pricing strategies.
About You

We're seeking a commercially minded, strategically focused professional with FMCG experience. You should have a solid understanding of revenue management principles, and a deep knowledge of P&L and growth levers. As a confident communicator, you’ll be able to simplify complex ideas, lead cross-functional projects, and turn strategy into action—even amidst ambiguity or shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 7+ years’ experience in FMCG or CPG, ideally in Revenue Management, Commercial, Category, or Strategic Planning.
  • Experience using shopper insights, category data, and research to guide strategic decisions.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.
Benefits
  • Annual bonus
  • 15% of base salary flexible benefits (cash option available)
  • Company-funded Private Medical Healthcare
  • Double matched pension (up to 10%)
  • 35 days holiday
  • Monthly case of our beers and ciders
  • Development opportunities
