Your new team

Pernod Ricard Global Travel Retail (GTR) is one of the Group’s largest markets, bringing our world-renowned portfolio of premium spirits and Champagne to life across airports, cruise ships, border stores and other travel retail channels worldwide. As the global leader in premium and prestige spirits in the channel, we create exceptional brand experiences that inspire millions of travellers every year. Headquartered in London, GTR unites nearly 300 colleagues across Europe, the Americas, Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa. We are a diverse, collaborative and entrepreneurial team, driven by a shared ambition to put travellers at the heart of everything we do, connect with impact and shape the future of the global travel retail industry. We believe in the power of travel to broaden perspectives, bring people together and create meaningful connections across cultures and borders.

This is an opportunity to gain broad exposure across Global Travel Retail, develop practical Revenue Growth Management capabilities and work with Finance, Commercial, Marketing, Tech and regional teams across Asia, Middle East, Americas and Pacific.

Consumer Pricing Analysis and Market Benchmarking

Lead the quarterly delivery of accurate, timely and insightful consumer pricing analysis, benchmarking GTR prices against competition and relevant domestic markets, in close collaboration with Regional Hubs (located in Hong Kong, Dubai, Miami and Sydney). Enhance and maintain Consumer pricing dashboard (CxP) in partnership with Tech, Regional Commercial and Commercial Finance teams. Identify and communicate pricing risks, opportunities and key changes versus previous analyses, translating insights into actionable recommendations and presenting them to Regional Hubs and leadership stakeholders to support pricing decisions and commercial priorities across GTR. Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate RGM reporting and analytics, leveraging AI and digital tools to improve efficiency, insight generation and business impact.

Customer & Retailer Profitability

Contribute to customer and retailer pricing and margin analyses by product and channel, identifying inconsistencies, opportunities, synergies and best practices across regions. Translate complex analyses into clear, concise and actionable recommendations for RGM, Finance, Commercial and leadership stakeholders. Contribute to the development of standardised analytical approaches and templates across GTR.

Support Central Marketing and Regional Hubs with the financial and RGM assessment of New Product Development initiatives, including:

  • Business case preparation and review
  • Recommended retail selling price (RRSP) setting and price positioning
  • Preliminary profitability and margin assessments
  • Track post-launch performance against approved business cases and agreed KPIs for priority launches.
  • Identify and clearly communicate performance gaps, key learnings and potential corrective actions.
  • Support shelf-price positioning and consumer-savings studies versus relevant domestic markets.
Who you'll work with

Head of Revenue Growth Management, Regional Hub Commercial and Finance teams, GTR Central Marketing, GTR Central FP&A team, GTR Leadership Team, Revenue Growth Management community, Tech, Data and Business Intelligence teams.
