Job description

Carlisle Support Services have an opportunity for an immediate vacancy for a Revenue Enforcement Officer who is able to work in the Leeds, Keighley and Skipton areas.

Hours: Full Time Position, mixed shift pattern

The successful candidates will be multi-skilled to work at various gateline locations and within a small team specifically targeting fare evasion at various stations in the area, issuing Penalty Fares and other reporting documents. They will be required to complete other operational documentation supporting strategies aimed at reducing ticketless travel. As this is a customer-facing role, there may also be a requirement to provide support to customers who need help, particularly during times of disruption. The delivery of high standards of customer service is therefore a key skill for all of these roles as well as being able to deal with confrontation. There will be a requirement to attend Court when necessary.

As an ambassador for both Carlisle Support Services and our prestigious client, you must be able to demonstrate a 'can do' attitude, strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and a good standard of numeracy and literacy. You will be smart, well presented, and happy to wear the uniform provided.
