FlightStory is seeking a Media Growth Manager to own the day-to-day management of indirect revenue social channels—Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok—to drive audience growth and maximise revenue opportunities for our Shows and Creators.

You will work under the Head of & Director of Media Growth to develop and execute strategies that expand our shows and creators reach, increase engagement, and optimise content performance for monetisation.

• Deep understanding of growth strategies across major social platforms.
• Strong ability to interpret data and adjust content strategy.
• Experience growing audiences and monetising content across social channels.

Responsabilidades
