Role Overview:

The Revenue Controller will join the Working Capital Team within the Finance and Accounting Department, based in London. This role involves building relationships with internal stakeholders, driving performance, and delivering results while providing top-notch support to Partners. Responsibilities include attending revenue meetings, handling billing queries, assisting with credit control, and maintaining professional regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities for the Revenue Controller in London:

• Attend monthly revenue meetings with Partners and Associates
• Provide Partners with client fee breakdowns using ARCS 3
• Handle and resolve billing queries promptly
• Assist with credit control activities, including follow-ups on outstanding invoices and contacting clients
• Assist with various AP-related queries
• Prepare partner and client reports using Elite/BI/Qlikview
• Maintain professional regulatory standards, including UK VAT requirements and Solicitors Accounts Rules
• Assist in the FRS5 process as required
• Track volume discounts and rebates where necessary
• Set up and monitor secondments, advising Partners on the process

Key Qualifications and Experience for the Revenue Controller in London:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Revenue Controller in a law firm
• Proficient in producing client and partner reports
• High standard of computer literacy; knowledge of 3E systems is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, professional integrity, and personal resilience
• Commercial acumen
• Ability to influence and inspire others
• Quick assimilation of information
• Ability to work in a busy, evolving environment
• Skilled in managing relationships with tact and diplomacy
• Effective relationship builder
