We are looking for a Revenue Compliance Analyst, to join the team that both sets the tariffs and bills all electricity transmission charges. The charges are set in accordance with our Licence, Codes, contractual obligations and current charging policies. The team bills our customers around £10bn/year, and so it is vital that we maintain strong controls and standards of compliance.

This role can be based in Warwick or Wokingham, and we continue to offer hybrid working from office and home. We are open to full time and part time applicants, as well as flexible working arrangements.

Key accountabilities

  • Supporting the Revenue Managers and team members (both the tariff setting and billing teams) in ensuring all the Revenue team processes are compliant with licence, codes and NESO standards.
  • Coordinating with the Revenue Process Leads to ensure all SOPs, customer guidance documents and other documents are reviewed regularly and maintained in QMS.
  • Being the Business Continuity lead for Revenue, ensuring Business Impact Assessments and the Business Continuity Plan are reviewed and updated.
  • Working as the Risk and Control Champion for Revenue, ensuring risks and controls are regularly reviewed.
  • Serving as the team champion for data quality and governance.
  • Providing ad-hoc support to the Revenue teams, helping with document publications, being a backup for some billing processes, data analysis etc.

About what you'll get

A competitive salary between £43,000 - £47,000pa– dependent on experience and capability.

As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on company performance, 26 days annual leave as standard and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
