Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Revenue Analyst for a client in the energy sector. Hybrid working in the UK with 2 days in the office per week; locations include Warwick or Wokingham.

The contract length is 6 months and the daily rate is 250–350 GBP (inside IR35 via umbrella). You will support revenue accounting, forecasting and reporting, report to the Revenue Accountant, and act as a subject matter expert on revenue matters.

Qualifications

• Experience in management accounting/reporting (planning, forecasting, budgeting).
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to research and compliance.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk, and internal control frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred experience in a regulated business.

Responsibilities

• Support the Revenue Accountant with revenue financials (actuals, budgets, and forecasts) and related reporting.
• Ensure the month-end process for revenue is seamless by verifying data accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare insightful financial reports for revenue, explaining key variances effectively.
• Act as a revenue subject matter expert and assist with ad-hoc project work.
• Build knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and ensure compliance.

About the Role
