The Role: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Events Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in our continued growth and commitment to sustainability. Our head office is based near Bristol, and we work with clients and events across the UK. This role will involve extensive travel to high-profile music, leisure, and sporting events across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

On-site Event Operations: Oversee on-site reusable cup system management, ensuring seamless execution and high client satisfaction.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate on-site teams to uphold Re-uz brand values, deliver service excellence, and work collaboratively toward each event’s success.

Client Liaison: Act as the primary on-site contact, ensuring clear communication and outstanding service while representing Re-uz.

Brand Representation: Advocate for sustainability and promote our eco-friendly solutions to clients and event attendees.

Loss Prevention: Maintain minimal cup losses in line with company and client goals.

Stock Management: Conduct accurate on-site stock checks and forecasting, as agreed with customers.

Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with company and event health & safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

Event Experience: Previous experience in event management within hospitality, sports, or entertainment, with the ability to address environmental challenges with green solutions.

Sustainability Advocate: A genuine strong passion and commitment to sustainability and the environment.

Flexible & Travel-Ready: Willing to work irregular hours, including weekends and nights during peak seasons, with the ability to travel extensively to events across the UK.

Detail-Oriented & Tech-Savvy: Strong IT and numeracy skills, with a keen eye for detail and a self-motivated, highly organised approach to delivering excellence in all aspects of work.

Adaptable Problem-Solver: Strong decision-making skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, while remaining creative and open-minded in exploring new ideas and improving processes.

Strong Communicator & Relationship Builder: Skilled at maintaining positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners through clear, concise, and effective written and verbal communication.
