Role Overview:

The role involves processing all types of Store & Supplier returns end-to-end according to company procedures, investigating warehouse adjustments, and conducting stock checks to maximize accuracy and stock availability. You will ensure adherence to all company standards and procedures.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Unload, breakdown, and locate inbound retail returns from internal and external sources.
• Meet departmental KPIs.
• Process all retail/internet return types across the group.
• Report quality or product issues to management.
• Complete returns documentation and liaise with suppliers via email and phone.
• Maintain logs of pending return consignments.
• Sort, grade, and up-cycle selected stock types.
• Support colleague development and personal growth.
• Coordinate with operational functions within the DC for stock and return processing and storage.
• Analyze adjustments and provide feedback.
• Investigate stock movements to ensure accurate location and quantity records.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as directed by your line manager.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Shogun/WMS preferred but not essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills for documentation and record keeping.
