Job Description

As a Returns Operative, your responsibilities will include handling returned clothing items, inspecting them for any faults or marks, and assessing their suitability for resale. You will be required to update the system with inspection results and document your findings accordingly. If an item is deemed suitable for resale, you will prepare it by steaming, folding, and repackaging it. Additionally, the role may involve managing customer return inquiries.

Hourly Rate: The hourly wage is £12.70 per hour. PLEASE APPLY WITH YOUR FULL CV ATTACHED. Please be advised that we do not offer visa sponsorship.

Working Hours: You will work from 08:00 until 16:30 from Monday to Thursday and then from 08:00 until 16:00 on a Friday.

Experience & Qualifications

You must have a full driving licence and your own transport due to the location of the client.
You must have either Warehouse or factory experience. If you have quality checking or scanning experience, this is an advantage. You will be a personable character but must also have a great work ethic.
