Europcar is looking for a Part Time Customer Returns Agent
Working hours: 16 hours per week
Would you like to be part of the Europcar team? Are you someone who enjoys customer-facing roles and working as part of a diverse team? We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant at our Manchester Airport location to join our vehicle returns team.
You will work in a fast-paced environment where the customer is at the center of everything we do. Your responsibilities will include providing a world-class customer service at every stage of the rental process, including assisting customers in our car parks at the beginning and end of their Europcar experience.
Ideal candidates will have a passion for service and a calm, professional approach to handling the challenges of a busy customer environment.
