LiveWest is seeking a dynamic
Retrofit Programme Manager to drive our mission of upgrading homes to meet SAP C standards by 2028. This is your chance to make a real impact—combining data-driven decision-making, strategic planning, and collaborative leadership to deliver high-quality, energy-efficient housing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop integrated retrofit programmes using desktop energy modelling tools.
- Ensure projects meet PAS2035 standards and are safe, high-quality, and performance-optimised.
- Build a pipeline of properties for a rolling retrofit programme.
- Coordinate retrofit surveys and manage documentation in line with PAS2030/2035.
- Oversee programming of retrofit projects ensuring compliance with Eco4, GBIS, HUG, and Trustmark standards.
- Manage external consultants and stakeholders, including local authorities.
- Provide technical support and contribute to funding applications.
- Optimise commercial value and integrate retrofit with other asset programmes.

This role is being offered on a
full time, permanent basis working 37 hours per week. Hybrid working is available for this role working 2 - 3 days per week in our
Exeter office, dependent on business need.

About The Candidate
To be successful in your application for the role of
Retrofit Programme Manager, you will have the essential skills and experience for a level 1 role (please see candidate information pack) and the following specific skills and experience:
- Ability to confidently manage multiple detailed data sources to combine and extract relevant information.
- Previous experience working with PAS2035/2030 : 2019 and 2023.
- Familiarity with PAS2035:2030 processes, Improvement Option Evaluations, Medium Term Plans, and Trustmark.
- Experience in retrofit coordination and retrofit design functions within SHDF schemes.
- Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor qualification or willingness to undertake training.
- An understanding of the interplay of different components in properties, and a willingness to undertake further training to develop skills and understanding.
- Background in consultancy or retrofit projects.
- Proficient in energy efficiency modelling software (e.g., Elmhurst Design SAP 2012).
- Desirable: Level 5 Retrofit Coordination & Risk Management qualification.
