About the Role: Retrofit Coordinator – Hybrid (Liverpool-based)

In this hybrid role, you’ll work both on-site and in the office, overseeing the successful delivery of domestic retrofit projects in line with PAS 2035 standards. You’ll collaborate with a supportive Operations team, ensuring high-quality, compliant retrofit assessments and coordination across a wide range of residential properties.

This role is ideal for someone with a Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination, strong knowledge of PAS 2035, and hands-on experience in the construction or housing maintenance sector.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate domestic energy retrofit projects from inception to completion

Ensure full compliance with PAS 2035 and TrustMark frameworks

Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals

Conduct on-site inspections and risk assessments

Provide expert advice on retrofit improvements including insulation, ventilation, and heating

Manage documentation, progress reports, and compliance audits

Drive sustainability outcomes and ensure projects deliver maximum energy savings

Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management (minimum 6 months’ experience)

In-depth understanding of PAS 2035 standards

Background in construction, property maintenance, or building surveying

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Strong organisational, analytical, and decision-making abilities

Based within commutable distance of Liverpool
