Key Responsibilities – Retrofit Coordinator Role in CH41

Manage and lead retrofit projects across the Northwest, including Wirral, Liverpool, Chester, and wider Merseyside

Coordinate with internal sustainability teams to meet delivery standards and deadlines

Conduct regular site visits to monitor project compliance

Use ECMK and Corelogic’s PasHub software for project tracking and reporting

Prepare reports and documentation with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Participate in both internal and external training sessions

Collaborate with cross-functional departments as needed

Liaise with clients and third parties through email, phone, and meetings

Comply with all company policies, codes of conduct, and procedures

Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator qualification with ECMK accreditation

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong analytical and organisational skills

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Full UK driving licence (essential for site visits across the Northwest)
