Liberty Gas Group is seeking a Retrofit Consultant to join our NetZero Collective team in Birmingham. This full-time, permanent role supports decarbonisation plans, oversees PAS2035 assessors nationwide, and builds strong relationships with housing providers and local authorities.

Expect national travel and self-managed workloads. The ideal candidate has hands-on domestic retrofit experience, knowledge of building physics, SAP/PHPP basics, and an Level 5 Diploma in Domestic Retrofit Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Hands-on retrofit experience in domestic projects and decarbonisation
• Good understanding of building physics, SAP/PHPP basics
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite and data management
• Accredited retrofit coordination credentials are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Support clients with decarbonisation plans and funding opportunities
• Build relationships within social housing and local authorities
• Oversee Retrofit Assessors delivering PAS2035 services nationwide
• Represent NetZero Collective at meetings and events
• Manage systems, databases and quality processes
• Act as Retrofit Coordinator guiding projects from start to finish
• Provide expertise in building services, heating and ventilation
• Travel regularly to client sites and work independently
