Job Description:

TSA Surveying is currently working in partnership with a Building Consultancy that is seeking a Retrofit Coordinator to join our client on a permanent basis. The role involves coordinating and assessing domestic dwellings across multiple projects.
Responsibilities include:

• Undertaking and supervising retrofit coordination and assessment of domestic dwellings under multiple PAS 2035 projects, including setting targets, risk management, and budget control.
• Preparing and/or commissioning PAS 2035 compliant surveys and documentation, including risk assessments and medium-term plans for domestic dwellings.
• Monitoring, evaluating, and administering projects, conducting review meetings as required to meet the needs of each project and funding body.
• Collaborating with retrofit professionals, including coordinators, assessors, advisors, designers, installers, and residents.

Experience required:

• Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management.
• Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in the domestic energy efficiency retrofit market.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Decision-making skills using knowledge and data.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, proficient in MS Office Suite, including Project.
