Are you a Contract manager who has experience on retrofit projects?

I am looking for a Retrofit Contracts Manager to join a contractor in Essex, who are gong through a phase of serious growth over the next 5 years as they increase their turnover 4 fold.

The Retrofit Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing retrofit contracts for Tier 1 contractors and end clients. This role offers a generous 6k car allowance, and is office/site based every day.

Knowledge of industry standards and compliance such as PAS 2030/2035 would be highly beneficial for this post.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple contracts for the main client
• Coordinate with installation teams
• Monitor project progress ensuring safety regulations are met and projects are running on time and within budget
• Oversee all retrofit projects ensuring compliance with industry standards
