SERT Group Limited is seeking a Retrofit Assessor for an office-based role, enhancing work-life balance without extensive travel. Ideal candidates will have expertise in domestic energy assessments, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to sustainability, supporting projects from a modern office environment.

Join one of the UK’s leading providers of energy-efficient home improvement solutions, where your expertise will support high-quality retrofit projects from a desk-based position.
Review data from EPCs, RdSAP surveys, architectural plans and property documentation to assess suitability for energy efficiency upgrades
Ensure property survey data is accurate and complete before progressing to Retrofit Co-ordination
Liaise with Retrofit Assessors, Co-ordinators and Installers to ensure proposals meet PAS 2035 and PAS 2030:2019 standards
Prepare detailed, compliant Retrofit Assessment reports, ensuring each recommendation is fully evidenced
In-depth knowledge of RdSAP and domestic energy assessments
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Accreditation with Elmhurst and/or ECMK (desirable)
Previous experience in Retrofit Assessments or EPC assessor roles
No more long-distance travel or overnight stays
Work from a modern office or enjoy a hybrid working arrangement
