Job summary

IMH Recruitment are seeking an experienced Retrofit Assessor to join our client on a long-term social housing contract across the region. You will carry out PAS 2035 retrofit assessments of domestic properties and gather data for accurate reports.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary (£35,000–£42,000), a company van, and clear opportunities for career progression within a growing energy efficiency business.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in social housing is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of PAS 2035 and retrofit processes.

Responsibilities

• Carry out retrofit assessments on domestic properties in line with PAS 2035 requirements.
• Conduct property surveys and gather all relevant data.
• Identify energy efficiency improvement measures.
• Produce accurate assessment reports and recommendations.
• Work closely with retrofit coordinators, site teams, and clients.
• Ensure all work complies with current industry standards and regulations.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
