Role Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Retrofit Assessor to join our sustainability team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting retrofit assessments, Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), and other related property surveys. This includes evaluating the condition of housing stock, identifying maintenance requirements, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. The role works closely with the wider team and reports directly to the Head of Net Zero.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe position is well-suited to a recent graduate in a surveying or construction-related field who is looking to build professional experience, or to someone with prior experience in Retrofit Assessments.
