Job summary

Just Group plc is seeking an Income Pricing Manager in London (hybrid) to lead pricing for retirement income products. You will analyse market trends and competitor pricing while working with actuarial and product teams to drive commercial performance.

The role requires strong pricing acumen, experience in UK retirement products, and the ability to influence stakeholders across levels. You will contribute to strategic pricing decisions and support new product development.

Qualifications

• Experience in UK retirement industry and knowledge of retirement income products.
• Pricing experience and commercial outlook for annuities and related products.
• Actuarial models experience and interpreting results.
• Proven track record in retail retirement income pricing.

Responsibilities

• Propose all pricing changes to retirement income products to stay competitive.
• Communicate and manage pricing strategy with key stakeholders.
• Implement pricing changes into Just’s administration platforms and notify stakeholders.
• Own production of pricing management information for internal/external reporting.
• Support development and implementation of new income products through pricing and market analysis.
• Lead retirement income pricing queries and provide analytical support.
• Maintain understanding of retirement income market and competitive positioning.
