A housing organization in London seeks a Retirement Housing Scheme Manager for Mary Webster House. You will support older residents, ensure high-quality service, and manage various responsibilities. This is a part-time role (25 hours per week). Ideal candidates should have experience with vulnerable adults and good communication skills.

The role – Retirement Housing Scheme Manager
You\'ll manage our retirement housing scheme Mary Webster House in Camden. Mary Webster House has 14 flats and residents are over 65 years of age and are semi-independent. We\'re looking for someone who truly cares about, and has deep knowledge of issues affecting vulnerable people and the elderly. Regular social activities include coffee mornings.
As Scheme Manager you will be a committed and motivated person to work closely with and support The Retirement Housing Manager in delivering a high-quality Retirement Housing service to our organisation.
This post is predominantly lone working however you will be working as part of a wider team of Scheme Managers providing a high-quality housing service to older people in the Chelmsford, Barnet, Finchley, Camden and Hertfordshire areas. This is a rewarding and exciting position, responsible for building relationships and trust internally within your Origin team and Residents.
This is a part-time role working 25 hours a week Monday to Friday
