Overview

Location: Sheffield - Office based
Salary: £23,809.50 annually, with realistic commission of £1000 per month

Monday to Friday working 9:00 - 17:30 (37.5 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls with existing customers, selling our products and services to B2B customers based on client needs.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with UK based SMEs to drive sales from initial contact to closing. You may be required to move between sales campaigns or sell additional products.
  • Proactively identify and qualify potential customers to build a robust sales pipeline. Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets while adhering to established strategies, call KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Leverage CRM systems to effectively manage sales opportunities, track customer interactions, and maximise sales potential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the sales support/operations team to ensure a seamless customer journey from sales to fulfilment.
Qualifications
  • Be able to demonstrate an ability to work within a fast paced environment within a sales focussed industry.
  • Negotiation/objection handling skills.
  • Competent with all Microsoft packages.
  • Ability to understand, analyse and interpret data.
  • Take ownership of issues and follow through to conclusion.
  • Sound questioning and listening skills, being able to pinpoint the exact issue in order to gain resolution.
