About the role

As a Retention & Growth Specialist at the Perkbox Vivup Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the renewal sale cycles of a large portfolio of SME and self-serve accounts, as well as identifying and positioning growth opportunities.

This rolewill contribute substantially to our growth journey as we continue to push the boundaries in the world of Employee Benefits. Whilst you will appreciate that retaining the client base is imperatively important, you also know that the art of true account management is tenaciously seeking opportunities for growth through positioning new benefit lines, increasing on existing services and expanding customer footprint.

Our approach is based on the belief that providing increased and ongoing value is essential for retention and building strong client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • You will take a keen interest in the competitor landscape and how our value proposition compares to alternative options in the market.
  • Armed with this knowledge, you will be able to identify opportunities for growth within your account set by getting under the skin of the use-cases.
  • With diligent and accurate use of CRM and embracing sales processes, you will contribute to identifying trends within your allocated account set.
  • Own your target and exceed via value-based selling

The Interview Process

Our interview process involves 3 main stages:

  • Short call with a member of the Talent team
  • 60-minute video call with Hiring Manager and one other team member
  • Final Interview and task with two members of the team
