We’relooking for a BDM to work within our Intergenerational Planning team within our retail Sales and Customer Team.
The Intergenerational Planning team is an integral part of the Sales and Customer team. It offers a unique service to financial advisers, supporting through the estates and probate process and helping advisers maximise the benefits of taking on executors as clients. This supports our businessobjectivetoretainfunds under management and provide industry leading service.
The successful candidate will play a crucial part inretainingand generating new business within the regional sales and customer teams. This is a role that can lead to be a broad range of opportunities for growth and development.
Develop andmaintainrelationships with a network of financial advisers,identifyingnew business opportunities and focussing on lead generation.
Working towards a quarterly target toretainassets under management where suitable for the customer
Providing a bespoke experience, tailoring your style to meet the needs of your customer
Completing outbound calls and managing multiple executor cases.
Take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs), consistently working to meet the business retention objectives
Conduct meetingspresent ourproducts,demonstratinghow they canbenefitboth the adviser and beneficiaries
Maintain a well organised pipeline, using data and insights tomaintaindetailed records.
Work closely with internal and external sales managers in your region, toidentifyopportunities
Keep up to date with market regulations and product knowledge, using your knowledge to be influential where needed
