Retailer Marketing Manager Role

The Retailer Marketing Manager is responsible for ensuring regional retail partners have everything they need to meet unit sales expectations, achieve customer satisfaction, and foster ongoing customer advocacy. The role also involves collaborating with the regional team to ensure all decentralized retailer activities comply with central brand communication standards and strategies.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  1. Managing agencies creating retailer assets, ensuring they meet the brief and monitoring budgets.
  2. Ensuring retailer asset needs are incorporated into central campaign and asset creation activities, including special formats, legal information, monthly payment advertising, localized social media content, etc.
  3. Supporting marketing efforts beyond new car sales, including used cars, accessories, seasonal campaigns, aftersales, and events.
  4. Scoping, selecting, and delivering the retailer marketing platform.
  5. Maintaining the retailer marketing platform.
  6. Co-creating retailer guidelines and standards with regional and S&D teams.
  7. Providing supply and ensuring compliance via regional marketing and database teams.
  8. Sharing global behavioral excellence.
What We Are Looking For:
  1. Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, communications, or relevant field.
  2. 8-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
  3. Previous agency management experience is essential.
  4. Experience in automotive retail is preferred.
  5. Proven track record of delivering online portals.
  6. Excellent communication skills, acting as a single point of contact for regional heads.
  7. Strong relationship-building skills.
  8. Comfortable working within matrix organizations.
