Job summary

Cancer Research UK in Dundee is seeking a motivated Retail Store Assistant to join the Trading team. You will help achieve fundraising targets, deliver excellent customer service, and support store standards and community engagement.

The role is a permanent part-time weekend position, offering a friendly team environment and opportunities to contribute to cancer research funding.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer and supporter service.
• Working as an integral part of the shop team to achieve ambitious sales and fundraising targets.
• Assisting with maintaining shop standards including visual presentation, safeguarding compliance and health and safety.
• Creating relationships with your local community and Cancer Research UK colleagues.
• Supporting fundraising events for your store to achieve fundraising targets.
• Taking keyholder responsibility as required (training provided).

£12.71 per hour plus benefits

Reports to: Shop manager

Department: Trading

Location: Dundee Superstore

Contract: Permanent

Working hours: Part time 12 hours per week covering weekends
