Job summary

Service Innovation Group UK Ltd is seeking Retail Specialists to visit retail stores and transform displays into captivating experiences. You will craft visually appealing product presentations per client briefs to boost sales and customer delight.

In a fast-paced environment, you will build strong retailer relationships, communicate clear visit objectives, ensure adherence to planograms, address stock issues, and work toward KPI targets while supporting hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience visiting retail stores to implement client planograms and product presentations.
• Strong eye for detail to ensure displays align with briefs.
• Ability to work in fast paced environments and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with store contacts to meet client objectives.
• Communicate visit objectives and follow-up actions with store staff.
• Ensure products are displayed per planograms and fix stock issues.
• Work with stores to maximize end-user brand awareness and sales.
• Possibly store small amounts of stock and equipment at home for work use.
• Adapt to changing tasks and meet KPI targets set by SIG clients.
