Service Innovation Group UK is seeking Retail Specialists to visit retail stores and transform displays into engaging experiences that drive sales.

You will craft visually appealing product presentations per client briefs, ensuring merchandise shines and stock issues are addressed. This field role requires driving across retail locations and reporting via smartphone, with a focus on achieving client KPIs.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Smartphone to complete store reporting.
• Ability to communicate with in-store teams.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with retailers to support client objectives.
• Communicate visit objectives and review future action plans with store staff.
• Ensure products are displayed and merchandised per planograms.
• Identify and fix stock availability issues in stores.
• Display POS materials to maximise consumer brand awareness and sales.
• Possibly store a small amount of stock and equipment at home for work use.
• Adapt to changes and deliver results proactively.
• Work to client KPIs, aiming to boost personal and team performance.
• Travel to multiple retail locations as required.
