Job summary

Service Innovation Group UK is seeking dynamic Retail Specialists to visit Nottingham-area stores and transform product displays into engaging experiences that delight customers and drive sales. You will craft attractive presentations based on client briefs to showcase merchandise effectively.

In this fast-paced role, you will build retailer relationships, communicate objectives clearly, and ensure displays follow planograms while addressing stock issues.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• A smartphone to complete store reporting.
• Strong in-store communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with retailers to achieve client objectives and influence store sales performance.
• Clearly define visit objectives with store staff and review changes and future action plans.
• Ensure client products are displayed and merchandised according to planograms.
• Identify and fix stock availability issues with stores.
• Ensure all POP/POS items are effectively displayed to maximise brand awareness and sales.
• May be required to store a small amount of stock and equipment at home for work use.
• Adapt to change and deliver results positively and proactively.
• Work to KPI’s set by SIG clients to improve personal and team performance.
