Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, cash handling and customer service.
• Confident, friendly attitude with strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding, friendly service to convert first-time customers into loyal clients.
• Build genuine rapport by understanding travel plans, needs and concerns.
• Recommend products and services that best meet each customer's requirements.
• Engage in conversational selling to match products to customer needs.
• Provide trusted advice on exchange rates and currency options to maximise value.
• Accurately process transactions while complying with financial regulations.
• Keep the bureau secure, presentable and welcoming at all times.
• Promote additional products and services to enhance each customer journey.
• Take ownership when the manager is away to keep the bureau running smoothly.
• Support onboarding of new colleagues and share knowledge with the team.
• Be willing to travel to nearby branches to support the team as required.
