Job summary

CM Recruitment is seeking a Travel Consultant in Aberdeen to sell worldwide holidays face-to-face and over the phone, tailoring options to each client’s budget and requirements.

You will meet sales targets as part of a team and contribute to the branch’s overall performance. The role is based in a travel agency in Aberdeen with 5 days out of 7, including Sundays on a rotating basis, and offers up to £26K plus commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel sales or as travel consultant/travel agent.
• Passion for the travel industry.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of travel geography.

Responsibilities

• Sell worldwide holidays face to face and over the phone within client budgets and requirements.
• Sell package holidays, cruises, tailormade holidays, flights and hotels, tours, etc.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to branch targets.

Travel Consultant, Skills Required

• Previous experience working within travel sales, as a travel consultant, sales consultant, travel advisor, travel agent or tour operator reservations
• People with real passion for the travel industry
