Our client, a leading luxury travel company, is seeking an experienced Retail Travel and Contact Centre Manager to lead their store and small contact centre team based in Guildford, Surrey. This hands-on leadership role involves managing daily operations, driving sales, coaching the team, and maintaining high customer service standards.

Key responsibilities include overseeing store operations, setting and monitoring sales targets, managing P&L, analyzing performance reports, and leading by example in customer service. Candidates must have previous travel management experience and a proven track record in business performance management.

Experience Required:
  • Proven experience in the travel industry, preferably in management or senior sales roles.
