Job Title: Retail Customer Service Advisor at TUI

About You

  • Strong commitment to achieving targets and overcoming challenges.

  • Ability to use initiative to proactively spot and resolve potential problems.
  • Passion for working within tourism; travel experience is not essential.
  • Confidence to handle multiple currencies and administrative tasks while complying with procedures.
  • Flexibility to work variable shift patterns, including evenings and weekends, typically shared 4 weeks in advance.
